Cal (or @Bubblyernie) is an illustrator and cartoonist from Toronto, Canada, with an educational background in both traditional media and design. She graduated from Sheridan's Illustration program in 2025 and won the 2025 Applied Arts Student Award for Graphic Novel Illustration.

When not drawing (the rare occasion), she can be found animating, delving into photography or navigating the world of cartography.​ Her illustrations, comics and designs are a love letter to all things tabletop and fantasy! Her greatest enemy? Horses. Like, conceptually. Don't mess with 'em.

She also likes to refer to herself in the third person, apparently.
